The information you use to register on duaderm.com.tr (including terms like "Non-Registered Login" and similar) will absolutely not be shared with any third-party company/person/organization.

Similarly, the information entered in the Information Form / Contact Form fields on duaderm.com.tr will not be shared with any third-party company/person/organization.

After registering on duaderm.com.tr, you may receive SMS/Email messages and other social media messages as part of PR/Advertising efforts based on the information you provide. You can update your communication options under the "My Account" menu.

However, messages sent and advertisements shown by duaderm.com.tr on social media platforms are not included in your communication preferences. Therefore, you can unfollow or disable the display of relevant advertisements on the respective platforms.

The information collected on our servers is used solely within Duaderm for periodic campaign activities, the creation of special promotional activities targeting customer profiles, and customer "classification" studies to prevent the transmission of unwanted emails.

This statistical data, which does not contain personal information, may be shared with Duaderm and its business partners to provide our customers with a more personalized and effective shopping experience.

For orders and memberships created using the "Login Without Membership" or "Continue Without Registration" options, the communication preferences mentioned above belong to duaderm.com.tr and are sent without any option selected through the system, with your permission. In this case, you can contact us at eticaret@duaderm.com.tr and manually update your communication preferences.

Except for the information you entered when creating an order, such as "NAME, SURNAME, PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, ADDRESS," sensitive information such as "CREDIT CARD" cannot be viewed by the duaderm.com.tr system. Individuals cannot request their own information from us, even with a court order. Due to the systemic encryption techniques we use, sensitive information is encrypted and rendered unreadable in any way.

Our members have the right to contact our customer service to inquire about the following regarding their personal data:

Whether their personal data is being processed,

Requesting information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed,

Learning the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,

Knowing the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,

Requesting that the correction, deletion, and destruction processes carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation be notified to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,

Objecting to a result that is detrimental to them arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,

Requesting compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of their personal data.

In accordance with the requests above, a reasoned positive/negative response may be provided in writing or digitally. If the processes related to the request require a cost, it is possible to request a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Your information may be changed or updated by duaderm.com.tr in accordance with your request. Apart from this, no other changes or updates are possible. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and court decisions, duaderm.com.tr may provide your information to the legislative bodies of the Republic of Turkey in line with legal processes.
