Delivery Terms

DELIVERY, WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Purchases made through duaderm.com.tr are subject to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and its secondary regulations. In cases not regulated in these cancellation and return conditions, the provisions of the relevant legislation will apply.

DELIVERY TIME

Unless explicitly stated on our website that a shorter delivery time is guaranteed, the product delivery time is 30 days. The seller will deliver the product to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract.

SHIPPING FEE

Unless the seller guarantees that shipping costs will be covered on our website, shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

For purchases made through our website, the product you purchased will be delivered complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with any accompanying documents such as warranty certificate and user manual.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF SALE

If it becomes impossible to sell an item purchased through our website, the seller will notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation, and the total amount will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
