Warranty and Return Conditions

NON-PAYMENT OF PRODUCT PRICE / PAYMENT CANCELLATION
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the Buyer was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the Seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the Seller.

FORCE MAJEURE
If force majeure circumstances that the Seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order and made the payment in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the order is canceled, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days. The bank is responsible for transferring this amount to the Buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
In order for cancellation and return conditions to be valid, the product must be checked at the time of delivery. If any damage is noticed, a report must be issued and the product should not be accepted. Any alterations to the product, deformation, or damage to its original design are outside the scope of cancellation and return. The Buyer must carefully protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they specified, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification or incurring any cost, provided that they notify the Seller through the contact information below.
Products that meet the return conditions must be sent within 14 business days from the date of receipt, securely packaged in their original packaging and together with the invoice/delivery note. The product(s) to be returned must be complete (including all accessories such as pins, handkerchiefs, boutonnières, etc.) and sent with the original box in good condition. They must not have undergone any alterations and must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage.
For free returns and/or exchanges, the specified contracted shipping company must be used. Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a notification must be submitted within the specified period in accordance with the relevant legislation and the withdrawal option on the website; otherwise, the right cannot be exercised.
Within 10 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will refund the total amount and return any documents that put you under obligation, and we will receive the returned goods within 20 days.
If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to reasons caused by the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damage in proportion to their fault. However, the Buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the product within the withdrawal period.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN ONLINE SHOPPING
For returns of purchases made via https://www.duaderm.com.tr, if you deliver your package to branches of Aras Cargo using customer number 2327754551439, branch staff will send your return to us free of charge. You will also be informed about the return process via SMS and email. Your return code will be sent to you via SMS and email after your return request. Once the products reach us, they will be inspected.

CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED


Contracts related to goods or services whose prices fluctuate depending on financial markets and are not under the Seller’s control (e.g., jewelry, gold, and silver products)


Contracts for goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs, not suitable for return, perishable goods, or goods likely to expire


Contracts for goods whose protective elements (packaging, seal, tape, etc.) have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons


Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature


Contracts for books, digital content, software, and computer consumables delivered in physical form if their protective elements have been opened by the consumer


Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines (except subscription agreements)


Contracts for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering, and leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or period


Contracts related to betting and lottery services


Contracts for services that have begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires


Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly


Contracts outside the scope of Distance Sales Regulations (such as regular delivery of food, beverages, or daily consumption items, and services in travel, accommodation, restaurant, and entertainment sectors)

 

CAMPAIGN CONDITIONS
Campaigns may be applied on our website from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply to all campaigns:


If you benefited from any campaign (e.g., “buy 3 pay for 2”, “buy 1 get 1 free”), all related products must be returned together


For orders with free shipping campaigns, if the remaining amount after return does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refund


If campaign conditions are still met after cancellation or return, the campaign remains valid


If the remaining products after return do not meet campaign conditions, the refund will be made after deducting the discount obtained through the campaign


If no information regarding your request is included in the package you send, it will be treated as a return request
