How Can I Become a Member?

You can quickly become a member and start shopping by clicking the 'My Account > Register' link in the upper right corner of duaderm.com.tr and filling out the membership form.

Note: Memberships are not automatically created after placing an order. To track your orders and view your membership information, you need to create a separate membership by clicking the 'Register' button with the email address you used during the order process.

Why should I become a member?

You will easily be informed about the status of your orders.

You can add products to your comparison and wish lists.

You will be informed about campaigns and discounts.

Can I shop without being a member?

You can browse our online shopping site without being a member, but you can shop by becoming a member.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgot Password” link in the login section and enter the email address you specified when you registered in the box that opens. An email will be sent to your email address so you can change your password. You can set your new password by clicking on the link.

How can I place an order?

You can register at www.duaderm.com.tr and place an order online.

What is the shipping fee & is there a cash on delivery service fee?

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no cash on delivery option.

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided to you.

How many days will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered to you within 1 to 3 business days after it is picked up by the courier.

What payment options can I use for my purchase?

You can pay for your orders online with a credit card.

Which courier company do you work with?

Orders placed through our online store are delivered to you with the assurance of Aras Kargo.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel orders that have not yet been handed over to the courier company. You can get support from our customer service line for this.

How can I exchange my product?

We do not exchange used products. However, if there is a problem with your product or if the product is unused, we will gladly consider your exchange request.

How can I get a refund for the product I returned?

For online purchases, your refund will be made to the card you used for payment.

Can I get a refund for the shipping cost of the product I returned?

In return transactions, only the product price is refunded, shipping costs are not refunded.

Is the return shipping cost the customer's responsibility?

You can send your return shipments with the shipping cost paid by the recipient.

 

How can I use my gift voucher?

Add the product you want to use your gift voucher for to your cart and go to the cart page. On the cart page, enter your code in the field that says "I have a discount code" and click the "Apply" link. The system will apply the discount to you.
